Yaoi Ooku: Distorted Love is a captivating Japanese yaoi game set in the Edo era, under the governance of the Tokugawa clan following the end of the wartime.

The game features an exceptional voice cast, including Tetsuya Kakihara as Iyemitsu Tokugawa, Yusuke Shirai as Kasuga, Makoto Naruse as Oman, and Daisuke Ishida as Masakatsu Inaba.

As the story unfolds, players delve into the forbidden relationship between Kasuga and his super sadistic older brother. Their complicated and intense love for each other pushes them to their limits.

In addition, players experience the intriguing master-servant dynamic between Oman and Iyemitsu. Oman's deep longing for his master leads to a twisted love that blurs the boundaries of their relationship.
